1960s Ibeeru vintage dress with a stunning color palette. A chain design, yellow, green and brown plaid. Elastic waist that allows for a little stretch. Skirt is fully lined & pleated. No fabric tags but appears to be polyester. Has subtle signs of wearing in elastic. Two front chest pockets & button closure down bodice
